02 / THE WAY I THINK

I start by understanding
what people need to do.

The best design starts before the first screen.

I work where product strategy, systems thinking, and human experience meet. At Cisco, I’ve spent more than nine years shaping collaboration products, with a focus on bringing clarity to enterprise complexity.

Today, that includes leading AI administration design. Outside Cisco, I’m building Plan Zinnia, taking the same curiosity and product thinking into the world of wedding vendors.
